LEXT publishes a new article focused on economic law in the legal gazette Revue Lamy de la Concurrence

Kim Querleux and Sylvain Beaumont, members of the Economic Law Department of LEXT, have co-authored an article entitled “Contractual or tortious nature of the civil liability triggered by the sudden termination of long-standing commercial relationships: a missed opportunity before the French Supreme Court” published in “Revue Lamy de la Concurrence”, # 86, September 2019.
