LEXT strengthens its M/A-Corporate practice group with the arrival of Virginie Facchina as senior associate

The M/A and Corporate Department of LEXT law firm is expanding with the hiring of Virginie Facchina who is joining the LEXT offices in Rennes as senior associate.

The M&A department of Rennes Office includes now 3 partners, 3 associates and 2 paralegals.

This arrival follows the recruitment of Cécile Luneau as mid-level associate in July. The M/A and Corporate Department which is represented in all offices of LEXT (Le Mans - Paris - Rennes) has a total headcount of five partners and eight associates and paralegals.
