Céline Arcivos focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions for a wide range of clients (investment funds, corporate groups, SMEs, start-ups, cooperatives, etc.) in various fields of activity (software publishing/technology solutions, fintechs, retail trade, hotels, tourism, retirement homes, Impact Investing, consulting, etc.). More generally, she assists her clients in all aspects of corporate law as well as in commercial law (transfer of business, commercial leases, etc.).

Sylvain Beaumont provides legal advice and assists his clients in litigation matters especially in Economic Law (distribution networks, commercial agency, unfair competition and passing off, anti-competitive and restrictive practices), Consumer Law and Regulatory matters (tobacco, biocidal products). Sylvain advises French and foreign clients, including clients who are active in retail (food and do-it-yourself), pharmaceutical industry, insurance brokerage, automotive industry, certification and luxury apparel.

Attorney-at-law Partner in charge with the IP/IT team in the Paris office, Anne Bourdu’s practice focuses on complex litigation and advice combining Intellectual Property/Numeric and Economic law issues, notably in connection with innovative fields, for French and International clients (including cross-border issues/International coordination). Also active as a Certified Mediator of the Arbitration and Mediation French Center (CMAP) and referenced Attorney Mediator of the Paris Bar (CNB) as well, Anne has developed a specific experience in IP-IT/know-how/compliance/unfair competition transactions in a broad range of areas, such as food industry, pharmaceutical, life sciences and medical devices industry, innovative constructions, energy, media, sport and entertainment, design, luxury, digital. Anne is a member of the Association des Praticiens des Marques et des Modèles (APRAM) and of the International trademark Association (INTA) as well as executive member of the SYNNOV, Innovative Union.

Marie-Liesse Emo-Brioist provides legal assistance in M&A and corporate restructuring transactions and in corporate law. She advises French and foreign clients, listed or not, in various sectors of industries and services (chemical industry, metallurgy, transport, medtech and e-healthcare, software edition, private equity, business support services, music industry etc.). Marie-Liesse more specifically advises German speaking clients and deals with French-German files. She is registered on the list of the German speaking French attorneys of the German Embassy.

Gaëlle Leroy provides legal advice and assists her clients in litigation matters especially in intellectual property, information technologies, personal data, as well as competition and distribution law (distribution networks, commercial agency, unfair competition and passing off, anti-competitive and restrictive practices, and in consumer law. Gaëlle advises French and foreign clients (telecommunications, media and technology companies, pharmaceutical industry, med-tech companies, software editors, cybercommerce, sport, toy, food industry, music industry, film production, live performing arts, digital communication etc.). Gaëlle is also a mediator, certified and recognized by the CMAP (Center for Mediation and Arbitration of Paris), and a mediator before the Angers Court of Appeals.

Marc Patin provides legal advice and litigation services, in continental France and French overseas departments and territories, on all aspects of Labour Law and Social Security Law. He advises French and foreign clients active in various sectors such as retail, optic, construction and public works, airlines industry, food and feed industry, lodging businesses, and engineering. Holder of a PhD in Labor Law, he is a regular contributor to French legal magazines specialized in labor Law matters (like “La Jurisprudence sociale Lamy” and “Les Cahiers Lamy du CE”). He is a lecturer in Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University and Paris Bar school.

With nearly 30 years of experience gained in leading Parisian business law firms, Isabelle Quenet-Chabrun, who holds a specialization in labor law, has developed significant expertise in both advice and litigation, to provide legal assistance to her French and international clients in all areas of labor law, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions. Isabelle Quenet-Chabrun graduated with a DJCE from Rennes 1 University and was a lecturer in social law at the Institute of Human Resources.

Philippe de Richoufftz provides clients with legal assistance in France, North Africa and in the sub-Saharan Africa in the sectors of renewable energies, green hydrogen production, aircraft maintenance, industry, hotels, logistics, health, agri-food or events. His areas of intervention are mainly litigation and arbitration, commercial law, public business law, Moroccan, Algerian and Tunisian law and OHADA law.

Delphine Verneau intervenes in counseling, negotiation and litigation for French and international clients for matters relating to individual and collective work relations and social security law (negotiation, implementation and termination of employment contracts, management of relations with employee representatives, management of professional risks, enforcement of social security regulations). She provides legal assistance to key-account clients, SMBs and start-ups in various economic sectors (retail trade, supermarket distribution, metallurgy, banks, drugstores). She has developed a specific legal expertise for clients involved in not-for-profit organizations and social and solidarity-based economy.

Caroline Chalmin joined the Le Mans office of LEXT as a lawyer to work alongside Gaëlle Leroy in the IP/IT/Economic Law Department. She advises and litigates in the fields of intellectual property law and economic law. She assists the firm's clients both in France and abroad.

Pauline Coune assists French and international clients with litigation and advice in France and Africa on their investment projects in various sectors such as energy, logistics, agri-food, events and aeronautical maintenance. His areas of expertise include commercial law, public business law and land law.

Laurenne Flamée provides legal advice and litigation services on all aspects of Labour Law and Social Security Law. She advises French and foreign clients active in various economic sectors.

Eva Heydon has joined the Paris office of LEXT law firm as an associate of Anne Bourdu and a member of the IP/IT/Economic Law Department.

Robin Milleville provides legal advice and assists clients in litigation matters especially in Economic Law (distribution networks, commercial agency, unfair competition and passing off, anti-competitive and restrictive practices), Consumer Law and Regulatory matters. Flavio advises French and foreign clients, including clients who are active in retail (food and do-it-yourself) and luxury apparel and leather products.

Calypso Paumier joined our firm's Labor and Employment Law department, where she practises in both Labor Law and Social Security Law, providing both advisory and litigation services, primarily to corporate clients from various industry sectors. She has been working in Labor and Employment Law since December 2018, and even led the department for 5 years.

Marie Schwartz has joined the Paris office of LEXT law firm as an associate of Anne Bourdu and a member of the IP/IT/Economic Law Department.

Loane Faucon joined Le Mans office on August 19, 2024 as part of her Master 2 work-study program. Working alongside Gaëlle Leroy, she specializes in digital law, with a particular focus on personal data.
